Juan was able to visit my site to give an estimate the day after I called, which was great. Actually scheduling the crew to do the work was easy enough to communicate with the back office, but they were already fully booked for three weeks. It was worth the wait. The crew showed up an hour late without sending me a heads up, but that was the only issue. I was very happy with the quality of the work, the rigging safety (cutting branches overhanging the house), and their willingness to indulge my request to save certain pieces of wood. I was quite satisfied with the price and value. I will hire Vista Valley Tree Service again for future work and have already recommended them to a neighbor.

Juan and his team were incredibly skilled and efficient. They were careful on the property, took down tons of material and never damaged anything. They carefully swung-down each limb using ropes as they were cut. It was impressive. I am not sure if anyone in the crew was an arborist, but they knew how to beautifully trim and remove trees in a professional and safe manner. I give them my highest recommendation!
